TN chief minister launches new websites for real estate business now

Yesterday, 30th July 2021, the CM of TN Mr. M.K. Stalin launched 2 New websites belonging to CREDAI Real Estate.
It is worthy to note here that 2 websites have been launched by the chief minister of TN for CREDAI, a part of India’s Real estate business. It is surprising to note here that these websites have been linked with the WhatsApp facility. It is now brought out that the customers and CREDAI would be linked with each other with this website. All information regarding purchasing a house would be available on the second website. The customers would get details about various designs, developers plus dealers by these websites.
It was mentioned by the CREDAI president Mr. Padam Dugar that in the Coronavirus pandemic situation CREDAI has donated an amount of Rs 45 crores plus 800 oxygenated beds towards the chief minister’s Corona relief fund. These beds have been put to use for the Covid 19 patients in various government hospitals like KMCH, SMCH. Omandurar Government Hospital and Royapettah Government Hospital etc He later spoke about how it was a great feeling to join hands with the chief minister of TN in Corona prevention works.
Information collected is that at present CREDAI has been handling construction works of 7.5crores sq ft area. Not only that, about 66 homes out of the total 100 homes built in Chennai are being constructed by CREDAI now. Established in the year 1999, CREDAI is Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India, an apex body for all private real estate developers in India.
