Mahindra Lifespaces appoints Parveen Mahtani as Chief Legal Officer

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of Mahindra Group, today announced that it has appointed Ms. Parveen Mahtani as Chief Legal Officer. Parveen will oversee all legal and regulatory activities across Mahindra Lifespaces’ businesses, applying her extensive experience in due diligence, contract management, M&A, intellectual property rights, and financial transactions.
Commenting on the appointment, Mr. Arvind Subramanian, Managing Director & CEO, Mahindra Lifespaces, said, “We are delighted to welcome Parveen to our management team.
