To stop the movement of the quarantined persons, houses locked now

The quarantined persons must follow the rules and they must not move freely outside. Many do not follow the rules.
There are many houses in the Kancheepuram district that are quarantined. The news that has come out is after receiving many complaints regarding the free movement of the persons outside from the houses that are quarantined, the district administration of Kancheepuram have locked the houses to prevent people from venturing out.
Out of 188 total positive Coronavirus cases reported in Kancheepuram district, as many as104 persons have recovered. The remaining 84 persons have been undergoing treatment for this infection. For a period of 21 days, few persons have been asked to quarantine in their houses. These persons have started to move out of their houses freely for the purpose of buying essential needs.
The district administration has been informed by the locals about this free movement as the local residents had fears regarding the spread of Coronavirus infection in the neighbourhood. Those houses that were quarantined were locked by the district administration officials on Thursday.
It is brought out that both police personnel as well as the officials belonging to the health department would be on duty near the quarantined houses throughout the day.
