Lockdown in TN has prevented the spread of COVID infection

It was revealed by the chief minister of TN that the 90 days of lockdown period has not gone waste and the spread of COVID-19 infection has been controlled. By this, the deaths have been reduced in TN. Low mortality rate has been maintained in the state of Tamil Nadu now.
The stringent steps taken by the TN government has managed to keep Coronavirus under control in TN. It must be noted that even the developed nations like the USA, UK, Italy, Spain etc are struggling to keep Coronavirus under control.
He was unhappy regarding the opposition leaders making politics even at this critical time where Coronavirus has been creating many issues to the people. The chief minister wanted the opposition leaders to support the ruling government in the fight against Coronavirus infection.
It is said that the chief minister would be visiting other districts in TN to review the progress of various works and would hold a review meeting on the Coronavirus situation. Later, CM expressed his displeasure regarding the opposition party for taking up the distribution of relief aid without paying attention to the advice of the TN government to coordinate with the official machinery.
The chief minister of TN spoke about how not following the guidelines issued by the government was responsible for the spread of COVID-19 infection.
Point is more than 500 persons were infected by Coronavirus infection through those persons who were involved in the relief distribution works. It is worthy to note here that there has been NO community spread of Coronavirus infection in Tamil Nadu till now.
