Dry fruits fall under this category of the oldest and traditional super foods. It is known that intake of fibres could help in smooth bowel movements but excess intake of fibre could harm the gut. Issues like bloating, gas and constipation etc takes place when we eat excess of dry fruits.

Sugar crash:
This could also happen if we eat too much of dry fruits. It must be noted that most dry fruits have high glycemic index and could increase the blood sugar levels in us.
