Arrested fishermen back home

The sixteen fishermen who were arrested by the Sri Lankan navy earlier this month have returned home on Tuesday.
The Indian fishermen were taken into custody on March 3rd.
The Lankan Navy claimed that they had violated the International Maritime Border. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa wrote to the Prime Minister the very next day asking him to ensure the return of the fishermen.
