Applications invited for filling up 17140 Posts in State Bank of India

Have you been waiting for a bank job? Here is some excellent news: The country`s largest bank, State Bank of India, has announced the vacancies for 17140 posts intended for the planned expansion of SBI and also improving the quality of customer service.
Applications are invited from eligible & interested candidates.
As per the details released by State Bank of India, 10726 posts of Junior Associates will be selected as per the current procedure. 3008 Junior Agricultural Associates will also be recruited. As a special work-force addition, 3400 Junior Associates are to be recruited.
With this announcement, there would be job opportunities for 17140 persons to work in State Bank of India.
An individual can apply only for one post in any state in the country for the posts of Junior associates (Sales & Customer Service) & Junior Agricultural Associate.
Applicants for special recruitment can also apply only for one post in any state in the country.
For the special category Junior Agricultural Associates in the states Thura (Meghalaya), Kashmir, and Ladakh, the applicants apply for any one of these states.The applicants should also be well-versed in the spoken read, and written language in the respective regions.

Qualifications: As on 39th June, 2016, candidates should be graduates in Arts, Science, Management, Commerce or Agriculture. Candidates who would be writing their final graduate examinations are also eligible to apply. They should produce the graduation certificates at the time of interview.
Age Limit: Candidates must be in the age group between 20 - 28 as on 30th June, 2016.
Age limit concession would be applicable for the reservation quota as per government rules & regulations.
Monthly Salary: Rs. 11765/- Rs. 31540/-
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected based on the performance in online test and interview.
