LIC Housing Finance’s expo ‘Ungal Illam 2014’

The LIC Housing Finance’s expo ‘Ungal Illam 2014’ is to be held at the Chennai Trade Centre over the weekend .The event was inaugurated by Sunita Sharma, managing director and CEO, LIC HFL.
The 17th edition of Ungal Illam expo has participation from over 90 builders who are promoting over 300 projects. The organisers are expecting more than 15,000 footfalls.
There are properties ranging from affordable homes to luxury, high-end appartments, and new projects that are expected to be launched during the show. Visitors can expect a good discount and value for money offers for different housing options, said the organisers.
Also, LIC HFL will give spot sanction for property loans availed at the event through a simplified procedure. Officials will provide guidance on the technical aspects like loan eligibility to help people make informed choices. The company is also offering a special concessional processing fee of Rs 5,000 per loan.
The exhibition will be on till Sunday at the Chennai Trade Centre.
