In the preceding months, January saw 84,63,384 passengers, February 86,15,008 passengers, and March 86,82,457 passengers utilizing CMRL`s services. Notably, April 8, 2024, witnessed the highest daily passenger flow for the month, with 3,24,055 passengers availing themselves of the metro trains.
To enhance accessibility, CMRL continues to offer a 20% discount on all ticketing options, including Metro Travel Cards, Mobile QR Code tickets (Single, Return, and Group), and QR Trip passes. Additionally, passengers can now conveniently book tickets through CMRL`s Whatsapp Ticketing System (+91 83000 86000), as well as Paytm.
