It has been announced that the petrol bunks throughout the Tamil Nadu State will function as usual tomorrow (22nd March, Sunday) despite the public curfew.

Greater Chennai Corporation: Chennai Beaches closed from 3.00 PM today!
Greater Chennai Corporation has announced that the public will not be allowed to visit the Chennai Beaches -Marina, Besant Nagar, Thiruvanmiyur, and Palavakkam.

Food being arranged for the roadside/pavement dwellers in the city: GCC
Accordingly, on the public curfew day, the houseless citizens living in the areas under the jurisdiction of GCC can join the above-mentioned 51 shelter-houses administered by GCC. On the public curfew day, food would be served to them on behalf of GCC.
