Multi-storeyed buildings by TNHB at a cost of Rs. 385 Crores
For the 1st ever time, TNHB has completed the construction under the pre-cast plan of 1500 houses in a 10-storeyed building with car-parking at a cost of Rs. 385 Crores.

266 Projects exempted from the Real Estate Regulation Act
CMDA has released the list of 266 construction projects which submitted their application for completion certificate before 22nd June when the Real Estate revised came into force.

TNHB: Multi-storeyed apartments on monthly payment basis
