Smart cards for school students
The state minister for school education, Mr K.A. Sengottaiyan informed that smart cards with details of name, date of birth, blood group, parent�s name, and Aadhar card number will soon be given to 1.25 Crores students in the state.

Online application for joining engineering courses from 1st May
The state minister for higher education, Mr. Anbazhagan informed that the candidates seeking admission in engineering courses can download the application from the internet from 1st May.
