Schools reopen in Tamil Nadu: Students enthusiastic and eager
With the summer vacation of over a month coming to a close, most of the schools including all government and government-aided schools reopened today (Wednesday, 7th June).

The state government has released the timetable for the public examinations. This includes the timetables for the public examinations for the 10th, 11th, and 12th Standards.

NET becomes mandatory for PhD in category 3 varsities
Universities in Category 1 are likely to enjoy huge incentive, according to the newly termed regulations. A note about the same was announced by the UGC last week.

UGC to make top 50 Universities autonomous
As a drastic move by the University Grants Commission, the top 50 ranked varsities that has NAAC score of 3.5 are likely to be turned autonomous.
