Intake of leafy greens:
For fertility, minerals, vitamins and antioxidants are very essential and intake of leafy greens would provide these. By eating leafy greens, the couple would get Folate or vitamin B that would play a great role in DNA synthesis and cell division etc. The babies would not have neural tube issues etc due to folates. For avoiding processed foods and sugary treats, nuts and seeds are superb options.
