It is known that inflammation refers to the body`s response to fight entry of aliens into the body. By inflammation, we would be able to avoid getting infections and health complications etc. Our organs might get affected by the response of the white blood cells. This could in turn result in many autoimmune issues like irritable bowel syndrome or IBS, type-1 diabetes, psoriasis etc. The inflammation in the body gets regulated by the intake of food. It is believed that by mind full intake of food we would be able to manage inflammation well. Various signs of inflammation are redness (latin rubor), heat (calor), swelling (tumour) and pain (dolor).

Avoid sweet tea:

Refreshing flavour has been the reason for this sweet tea to become very popular across the world. The presence of excessive sugar in sweet tea could lead to inflammation in us. So, please be careful. It is well known that tea is one of the most widely consumed beverages across the world.

Avoid cappuccino:

Composed of single espresso shot and hot milk with surface topped with foamed milk, cappuccino is consumed by many persons these days. Inspite of energy boosting properties we must never drink cappuccino in excess quantities ad it might lead to inflammation in us. This might further result in issues like anxiety, headaches etc.

Avoid flavoured milk:

In those persons with lactose intolerance, consuming dairy products could lead to triggering of inflammation. It must be noted that the people prefer plant based milk like coconut milk, oat milk, soymilk etc. These milk varieties are delicious to taste. Truth is these milk varieties would have excess sugar content and this might lead to inflammation in us.

Avoid soda:

Though refreshing for the body, intake of sodas is not good and it might lead to health issues. Loaded with sugars, intake of sodas could result in inflammation in us.

There are chances that we could get inflammation when we drink alcohol. Alcohol intake can also lead to many health issues. The person can get high BP, heart diseases etc. Therefore, it is better to quit alcohol intake to be free from inflammation etc.
