Getting pregnant is one of the most amazing feelings in the world, ask any pregnant woman!!
Many married women do not get pregnant and they feel totally disappointed and frustrated. It is important to note that infertility refers to the couple’s inability to conceive naturally.
Infertility in women could be due to various reasons like damage in the fallopian tube, ovulation disorders, endometriosis etc. By monitoring the symptoms, the issues could be treated early. When the issue gets detected early, then it could be treated and cured.
There are certain early signs of infertility and these are
Heavy, long and painful periods:
Women with endometriosis issues (tissues that are normally located in the womb are present elsewhere in the body) could have heavy long periods with severe pain or cramps. These women might also have irregular periods and spotting, chronic pelvic pain, bowel based issues, back pain, pain during sex etc. Please take care.
Menstrual cycle irregular:
Here, the women would have missed periods due to irregular cycles and this could result in infertility issues as she is not ovulating regularly. Truth is that factors like PCOS, obesity plus thyroid issues etc could lead to ovulation irregularities.
Hormonal problems:
There are few signs of hormonal issues and these are severe acne, cold hands and feet, poor sex drive, growth of facial hairs, unexplained weight increase etc.
Pain during sex:
Women’s fertility is also affected by the pain she would get during sex and this could be due to an underlying health condition. This pain during sex is also called as Dyspareunia.
Menstrual blood dark coloured / pale coloured:
Normally, the menstrual blood would be bright crimson coloured at the beginning and it would darken in the next few days. Infertility is also indicated by the consistent pale coloured or dark coloured menstrual blood in the beginning.
Obesity:
This is also one important sign of infertility. The chances of conceiving for an obese woman are low and they would experience issues during pregnancy.
Underlying medical conditions:
Infertility is revealed by signs like PCOS, premature menopause, cancer, damage to the ovaries etc and these are various underlying medical conditions.
