It is important to mention here that hernia refers to a condition where organs of the body would come through the breaking or opening in the muscle. Pressure on the hernia would be more due to the constant coughing caused by smoking. Intestine would come out through the weak abdominal walls or inguinal hernia when pressure is created on hernia by coughing.
