Never mix these foods with milk as it could result in health issues

Most of us forget to think about the right combination of foods to eat but only think about what foods to eat.  By combining 2 or more foods together, we get nutrition plus we enjoy the combination taste. Not many of us are aware of the fact that a bad combination of foods could also be harmful for our health.

The shocking truth is that if we continue to eat bad food combos then we could have rashes, chronic digestion issues, bad breath etc. It is well known that milk is a nutrient rich liquid food that is produced by the mammary glands of mammals. Various nutrients present in the milk are calcium, proteins, potassium, iodine, phosphorus plus others like vitamin D etc

Many of us drink milk with other food combinations as milk is a wholesome food and milk gets paired with cookies, fruits etc. Truth is that milk would remain nutritious as long as we don’t combine it with other incompatible foods.

Never eat these foods along with milk as it could be harmful to health.

Never combine milk with meat and fish etc:
We could feel heavy plus get some digestive based problems when we combine meat and fish along with milk.

Never combine milk with sour ingredients:
Acidic items or citrus items must not be combined with milk. We must not eat fruits with vitamin C along with milk. Coagulation of milk takes place when we have milk along with lemon or citrus fruits. By this, we could have gas and heartburn etc. Those who are lactose intolerant won’t be able to digest lactose present in the milk.

Never combine milk with banana:
We could face issues in digestion and it might take a long time for digestion if we eat bananas along with milk. It is advised to add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg powder while drinking banana milkshakes so that the digestion is promoted.

Never combine melons and milk:
Melons have diuretic properties and milk would act as laxative and hence the combination would lead to clash of functions. People might have gastric problems etc due to this combination.

Never combine yoghurt and milk:
We could get infections, stomach issues etc when we consume yoghurt and milk together. It is believed that fermented products must not be clubbed with milk.

Never combine radish and milk:
Our insides could get heated up and digestion could get delayed if we consume radish along with milk.
