Please try these superb food combos for an effective and fast weight loss

There are many people who think that having a particular food only could lead to weight loss in them. This is a misconception. The fact is that all foods have weight loss benefitting properties and hence 2 foods could be mixed and taken for the weight loss to be effective and fast.

A person would be able to burn his or her calories much faster if they eat certain combinations of foods instead of a single food. By this, they could achieve satiety faster.

These food combinations would help in weight loss effectively and faster.

Rice and lentils combination:

Truth is that pulses and lentils are full of proteins and they would help make us feel full. Rice intake along with these two could provide us with good energy. This combo would speed up the weight loss process.

Oatmeal topped with nuts/seeds combination:

It is believed that consuming oatmeal for breakfast would be superb for us to lose excess weight. Topping oatmeal with certain ingredients rather than sugar could prove to be highly effective. It is good to top oatmeal with nuts like almonds, walnuts and chia seeds etc.

Green tea and lemon combination:

A good detoxifier and a low calorie drink that could provide energy to us is green tea. This green tea has catechins plus various other antioxidants and they would provide many health benefits to us. Our brain function would improve plus type-2 diabetes would be prevented in us.  By drinking green tea we could lose excess weights in us. By adding lemon to green tea, the nutrients would be absorbed better.

Vegetables with paneer / chicken combination:

Every day, we must consume healthy vegetables. Truth is a lot of vegetables weigh low on carbohydrates and are superb for weight loss. Along with vegetables, a person must also consume proteins for quicker weight loss. Examples of protein rich foods are tofu, paneer, chicken etc.

Coffee and cinnamon combination:

Instead of sugar, we could add cinnamon to the coffee and then consume it. It is believed that cinnamon has satiety hormones that would make us feel full for a long time. Food cravings would be reduced. Our metabolism rate would get boosted by the chemical cinnamaldehyde in cinnamon when it comes in contact with cells. The fat cells in the body are forced to keep on burning by the cinnamon even when the body is inactive. By this, obesity would not be there.
