By these tips or ways, we can control our anger and stay calm

Who doesn’t get angry?

Truth is that everybody gets angry at some point in their lives. Around us, we see parents getting angry on their kids, husband getting angry on his wife, a teacher getting angry on the students, manager getting angry on the employee etc. It is important to mention that anger is a strong feeling that you get when something has happened or when someone has something which you do not like. 

A person showing little and rare anger is ok or normal but there are times when a person shows frequent anger with aggression and it is not normal. The person must find a way to control his or her anger.

These tips would help a person stay calm and control the anger. These are

By deep breathing:
It is important that a person with anger must do deep breathing. This would help him or her to calm down by relaxing the muscles. This is a superb way by which a person can control the anger.

By walking:
By relaxing the muscles and calming us down, walking could play a huge role in controlling the anger. Walking would also give us time to think the process through and reconcile.

Calming down with words:
It is said that when the mind is swamped by troubled thoughts then there are more chances of getting anger. At this point, it is important that we must soothe ourselves with words like Relax, Take it easy etc.

By listening to music:
We can get good control over anger by listening to superb music. Truth is that soothing tunes coupled with comforting lyrics can make us feel relaxed.

By stretching muscles:
Not many are aware that feeling angry would tighten the muscles and trigger the outbursts. By doing some stretching and joint relaxing exercises to stretch the muscles, we could control the anger.

By spending some time alone:
It is true that by being alone in a room we can get control over anger. Persons who are angry must go into a quiet room and must not have people around them. By this, the person could get peace.

By writing it out:
It is good to write it down when you are angry with someone. We could feel free from the mental burden and stress by writing it down.

By talking to a trusted friend:
We could get over the anger by sharing the feelilings with the trusted friend. This could help the person to vent out his or her anger over someone.

By talking frankly with the person:
Misunderstandings should not be there between 2 persons and it could lead to great aggression. Reaching an immediate conclusion must be avoided. It is good to discuss and sort out the issue.
