Please do not eat these foods on an empty stomach - It could create issues

The feel you would get throughout the day depends on how you start the day.

Many would be shocked to know that the day should not be started by consuming coffee or tea. These beverages for some persons could lead to acidity, heartburns and dehydration. Truth is that by starting the day by eating soaked almonds in raisins followed by drinking a glass of water our health would be superb. It is believed wholesome nutrition is important for physical as well as mental well being of an individual. It is hard to delve into the food habits in this fast paced world especially regarding the choices we make when on empty stomach  

There are certain foods that we must not eat in an empty stomach and these are

Avoid consuming aerated drinks:
No matter at what time we consume aerated drinks, drinking these would be harmful for us. Important information is that aerated drinks must not be consumed by us in an empty stomach as it could lead to nausea, gas etc.

Avoid consuming spicy foods:
The stomach lining in us would get irritated when we consume spicy foods in an empty stomach. This would lead to huge discomfort in us plus it would also create acidity in us. So, please be careful.

Avoid cold beverages:
Our metabolism would get kick-started if we consume lukewarm water, ginger tea or lemon tea etc in the morning. The mucous membrane would get damaged if we drink ice cold coffee etc. This would make the digestion sluggish.

Avoid raw vegetables:
It is important to know that by eating raw vegetables in an empty stomach then there would be more pressure on the digestive system. In the end, we might get abdominal pain and flatulence etc.

Avoid citrus fruits:
Excess acid would be secreted if we consume citrus fruits in an empty stomach. It is worthy to mention here that fruits that are rich in fibres would put extra load on the stomach.

Avoid yoghurt:
The lactic acid bacteria that are present in the yoghurt would become ineffective due to high acid levels in the stomach (if we consume yoghurt in an empty stomach).  Truth is that due to high acid levels atomic produces hydrochloric acid leading to acidity in us.

Avoid tomatoes:
Though tomatoes are rich in vitamins, low in calories etc, they must not be eaten in an empty stomach. It would lead to stomach pain and discomfort.
