The tiny kidney bean shaped nut that is native to tropical climate but found across the world is cashew nuts. Also known as kaju, cashew nuts have plenty of nutrients like proteins, fibre, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, copper etc in them. Intake of cashew nuts would improve our health.

Many have this issue these days and it is believed that by consuming cashew nuts the symptoms of diabetes could be reduced. This would be due to the fibres present in the cashew nuts that prevents rise in the blood sugar levels.
