Important information is some persons always want to eat something all the time. The hunger pangs in them make them to consume food always. This could result in the excess weight in those persons who often consume food. It is revealed that feeling hungry always is highly irritating.

After consuming enough food if someone feels hungry then the person might be having issues like stress, hormonal imbalance, low blood sugar etc. Information is 2 hormones play a huge role in the regulation of hunger and fat build-up in us and these are Ghrelin and Leptin.

By sending signals to the brain, Ghrelin causes hunger in us. Persons having this hormone in excess always over eat. The second hormone Leptin sends signals to brain that the person is full. The hormone plays a role in reducing the appetite.

There are few foods that we could consume for our Ghrelin levels to decrease and Leptin levels to be more. These are

Intake of eggs :
It has been proved by research that intake of eggs during the breakfast could lower the hormone Ghrelin. By eating eggs, we could feel less hungry.

Intake of carrots :
Our hunger could be curbed by consuming carrots having fibre and carotenoids in them. Intake of carrots would makes us feel full due to its fibre content.

Intake of oats :
It is said that the insoluble fibre present in the oats makes us feel full and helps in the production of fatty acid named butyrate. Inflammation gets reduced. The presence of carbohydrate in oats keeps us full for longer periods.

Intake of avocado :
The presence of antioxidants in avocados does remarkably in the reducing the production of digestive acids in the stomach and reduce our hunger pangs.
