Risk regarding cardiovascular diseases could be reduced by this grass milk now

Everyone in this world wants to lead healthy and happy life. Cardiovascular diseases affect many individuals now a days and leads to death. It is therefore necessary for us to take enough precautions against such diseases affecting us.

It is now said that consumption of ‘grass milk’ would reduce cardiovascular diseases and improve our health. This grass milk is rich in omega 3 fatty acids when compared to conventional milk. It is known that omega 3 boosts cardiovascular health.

It is worthy to note that cows when fed with 100 per cent organic grass plus legume based diet gives this grass milk.

Both omega 6 fatty acids as well as omega 3 fatty acids are very important nutrients for our body. Some health issues such as diabetes, obesity plus cardiovascular diseases increase when we consume more omega 6 fatty acids and less omega 3 fatty acids. According to the research studies it is now confirmed that grass milk has got omega 6 to omega 3 to near one to one whereas conventional milk has got 5.7 to one. It is interesting to mention that consumption of this grass milk leads to increase in omega 3 fatty acids by stunning 147 per cent because grass milk provides highest levels of omega 3 fatty acids of 0.05gms per 100 gms of milk. Conventional milk has got omega 3 fatty acids present of 0.02gm per 100 gms of milk.

Another amazing point here is grass milk has got 52 per cent less omega 6 fatty acids when compared to conventional milk and 36 per cent less omega 6 fatty acids when compared to the organic milk.

John Hopkins University based Charles Benbrook expressed his thoughts and said consumers would prefer grass milk and its products more as it gives near perfect balance of omega 6 as well as omega 3 fatty acids. By this the consumers would be reducing health risks due to cardiovascular diseases and also risks due to metabolic diseases.

It is now said that this grass milk has got highest average level of conjugated linoleic acid or CLA of 0.043gms in 100 g of milk. This is high when compared to conventional milk having CLA of 0.019 g per 100 g of milk and organic milk has got CLA of 0.023 g per 100 g of milk.

Improvement of health trends would be possible when a person consumes grass milk dairy products every day.
