Some food items which must not be taken with milk

Fish is rich in protein, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. It is an excellent remedy for complaints like eye affection, heart disease, asthma and many others.

However, it is not proper to take fish along with milk. When fish and milk are taken together, blood is affected and blood carrying routes get blocked. The uniform speed of blood circulation gets affected.

Again, bananas should not be taken with milk. This will result in excess phlegm due to cold. Similarly, if one takes milk after eating watermelon, it will create uneasiness apart from creating gastric problems.

As both milk and eggs are rich in protein, taking them together will cause digestion problems.

Greens are another vegetable items which should not be taken with milk.As greens are rich in cellulose, taking greens along with milk will take longer for digestion. As the ingredient tannin in greens curdles milk, this will create digestion problems.

Chicken and fish must not be taken with milk or sesame (til). This may affect the small sensitive pores on the body, leading to physical complaints.
