Bacteria do not get removed by merely washing ones hands!

Bacteria and germs multiply all over the places from the toilet door to the hand-holds in the buses.

Generally, bacteria known as camancells, abound on the surface of our bodies.

The air surrounding us, eaten meat, etc can cause bacteria to settle on the hands. They will spread gradually to other parts of the body. Breeding and multiplying at a rapid rate, they will cause diseases to attack the body.

Researchers from Bradford University, England analysed whether washing hands prevents this happening. They found that washing hands frequently does not fetch any results. While washing, the bacteria may move from one place to another but they don`t get removed.

As the moisture level on the external body increases by washing hands regularly, this will facilitate multiplication of bacteria.

Even using an electric hand-drier after washing hands helps only for the bacteria move from one place to another..

The best way is to soaps with anti-bacterial properties while washing hands.

After washing hands with anti-bacterial soap, one must wipe the hands dry and clean by using specially made paper-towels.

It is better use driers which generate more heat to dry the hands. Scientists say only this practice can cleanse the hands free from bacteria.
