2 lacs pocket diaries for public regarding the auto fare in Chennai

For the comforts of Chennai people, the government of Tamil Nadu is issuing about 2 lacs diaries which carry the information of auto fare that is regularized by the Government. According to this new rate fixed by the Government, for 1.8 Kms the minimum charge will be Rs. 25 and for every 1Km it is will be Rs. 12/-. This new rates have been in the act from the 25th August.
The Traffic police has taken the responsibility to print and issue the diaries to the public and currently about 50,000 diaries have been ready for issue. The diary will also contain details of important phone numbers.
