Associated Country Women of the World conference in Chennai

Associated Country Women of the World are an organization headquartered in London will be holding its 27th Triennial Conference between September 26 and October 2 here at the Chennai Trade Centre.
The conference will be hosted by members of the Society of DMI that is involved in social development and educational activities for the poor and underprivileged. The conference will see participation from over 200 delegates from Indian NGOs apart from 600 delegates from abroad.
The meeting will discuss options of empowering women and give exposure to Tamil culture, apart from exploring various programs for children and women and issues like health and sanitation.
