Prospects storm forming over the Arabian Sea! Alert for heavy rain given to the State of Tamil Nadu!

With the prevailing raging resurgent coronavirus pandemic causing huge hardships to the public, on the other side, a section of the society has been trying to subsist WITHOUT LIFELINE! Further, the scorching summer also adds to the woes of the public!
In the above scenario, the Chennai Regional Meteorological Centre has informed that there are strong prospects for a storm to form over the Arabian Sea on 16th May!
In a notification released in this regard by the Chennai Regional Meteorological Centre, it is mentioned that a ‘low-pressure’ zone is likely to be formed over the Arabian Sea on 14th May! In case it develops into a storm format, this will drift towards the northwest, and there are prospects that it may cross the coast at the East-central Arabian Sea.
Due to the above development, it has also been informed that there are prospects for heavy rains in South Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Lakhdiv.
Further, the Chennai Regional Meteorological Centre has warned that the fishermen who went to the Arabian Sea MUST return to the coast BEFORE 14TH May.
It is informed that there are prospects for mild rain with thunder in the South Tamil Nadu, Western Ghat mountain range, and the Delta Districts. A dry climate will prevail in the other districts!
