The ‘Art of Living’ organisation has arranged to conduct online yoga and breathing exercises classes with the main objective of enhancing the human body resistance to illnesses!
In a notification release by the Art of Living, it has arranged for online classes for yoga and breathing exercises with a view to increasing human body resistance to illnesses.
The classes are set to begin today (Wednesday, 29th April) until 2nd May.
