Dr Jagatheesan Alagesan honoured with Fellowship Award : Indian Association of Physiotherapists

Dr Jagatheesan Alagesan, Professor and Principal, Saveetha College of Physiotherapy, SIMATS Chennai honoured with Fellowship Award from The Indian Association of Physiotherapists on 6th March 2020 during 58th annual conference of IAP, Chennai. The fellowship award is the most prestigious academic award of IAP conferred to Indian Physiotherapists with high academic and research profile. He is having 20 years of professional experience and worked in various academic and clinical setups at Bengaluru, Mangaluru, Vadodara, Jaipur, Chennai and UAE.
Dr Jagatheesan Alagesan published more than 70 research articles in indexed peer-reviewed journals, authored 4 books, presented many research articles and was the speaker at various physiotherapy conferences. He is also serving as PhD guide and supervising physiotherapy researches, reviewer for many reputed national & international journals and recipient of many awards and honours including IAP Oration award from the Indian Association of Physiotherapists in the year 2014.
