Procedure for New Water Connection for Industries
- Applicant is to visit the CMWSSB Homepage and select apply for New Water Connection for Industries under Online Services.

- Applicant can fill in the application form.
- The applicant will be redirected to a payment gateway and make the necessary processing fee payment online.
- The Executive Engineer schedules an inspection of the site (within 7 working days of receipt of application) and intimates the applicant through the online portal. The applicant receives an email and SMS notification of the same.
- Post inspection the Executive Engineer will raise queries if any on the application. All queries will be raised at once and within 7 working days of receipt of application.
- Once all queries are responded to, the Executive Engineer prepares an Estimate and uploaded necessary documents (Annexure A) and reports and places the feasibility report before management Committee for decision.
- The Management Committee meets and intimates its decision regarding approval/ rejection of the applicants request for giving new water supply connection.
- If the request is approved, the applicant is to pay the Estimate amount through the online payment gateway.
- CMWSSB initiates tendering procedure for issue of work order to give new watersupply connection through CMWSSB Registered contractor.
- Once the water supply connection is provided as per Estimate specifications and standards, the
- applicant will be notified via the online system.
The treated water will be supplied as per IS 10500/2012 or its latest revision.
