We give huge importance for our heart health, brain health, kidney health etc but neglect the health of our liver until we get affected by liver issues. Similar to these above organs inside us, Liver is also very important and it plays its role in detoxification of metabolites, synthesis of proteins and it also produces bio-chemicals needed for digestion. Breakdown of fats takes place due to bile that is produced by our liver. It is amazing to note that liver is the largest internal organ present in us. It is known that certain foods like alcohol, sugary foods, fatty foods, salty foods etc must be avoided totally for the liver health to be good.

The health of liver is very important and foods that must be consumed for our liver health to be superb are

Almonds intake:

Loaded with unsaturated fats and vitamin E, almonds and does tremendously for a healthy liver. By eliminating bad cholesterol from the body and lowering BP, almonds play their role effectively. Fatty liver disease issues are avoided in us.

Eggs intake:

Intake of eggs help in detoxification process and our metabolism gets improved. Rich in 9 essential amino acids, eggs also have choline that is a vital nutrient.  

Avocados intake:

Belonging to family Lauraceae, avocados are found in tropical and Mediterranean climate. These avocados are rich in fibres and healthy fats and could help in weight loss in us. Harmful toxins in us could be eliminated by glutathione produced by avocados.

Green tea intake:

The presence of antioxidants named catechins is present in plenty in green tea is known. When green tea is consumed in moderate quantities then the functions of liver gets boosted plus liver would be protected from toxins like alcohol etc. It is brought out that regular consumption of green tea could lessen the risk of getting fatty liver diseases in us.

Garlic intake:

By activating the enzymes that helps our body to get rid of the toxins garlic does splendidly. It is amazing to mention here that intake of garlic could help in liver cleansing due to the presence of allicin and selenium in it.
