Prospects of a cyclonic format over Bay of Bengal - Chennai Meteorological Centre

The Chennai Meteorological Centre has informed that the depression zone recently formed over the southeast Bay of Bengal and adjacent areas is likely to intensify and transform into a cyclonic format in the next 24 hours.
A high-level depression zone has formed over the North Andaman Sea coastal areas. This will intensify in the next 12 hours and transform into a very strong depression zone. Further, in the next 24 hours, this may drift towards west and northwest and transform into a cyclonic format.
Further, there is another deep depression zone formed over the Kanyakumari sea and the adjacent areas. So, the fishermen have been warned not to venture into the sea in the Andaman and the central southwest Bay of Bengal until 13th November.
