Chennai rains expected later in Evening/Night (TN Weatherman)

Massive massive rains reported in Cauvery Catchment in Kodagu, Chikmagalur and Wayand. Semma rains have lashed ghat areas of Kanyakumari, Tirunelveli, Nilgiris and Valparai.

In Kodagu and Chikmagalur most of the station are reporting 200-300 mm rainfall. While Pookot in Wayanad is reporting 200 mm rainfall. Expecting inflows into Mettur to swell to over 1.5 - 2.00 lakh cusecs in the coming days
In Tamil Nadu too very heavy rains has happened.
