Queries on trip to Sabarimala
=====================
Heavy rains are expected in next three-four days and the rains are reducing from 19th August. As you all know Pamba river is already in spate. I cannot forsee whether the next 4 days rains will generate any new floods or not, as in most cases runoff generates the day after rains stop. Hence, I can only say about the heavy rains there in next 4 days and for those who are planning to go. Kindly enquire the locals there before starting from here.

Himachal Pradesh
--------------------
Massive rains of the season lashed many parts of the state with Sujanpur Tira recording 307 and Arki 300 mm rainfall. Nearby state of Jammu & Kashmir too has got heavy rains with Jammu getting 128 mm.
