It is well known that gastrointestinal tract is present in all the humans as well as in the animals. This tract plays very important role from intake of food to expelling of unabsorbed food as wastes. The gastrointestinal tract is also known as gut or digestive tract or alimentary canal etc. Gut health is very important and proper care must be taken to maintain the health of our gut.

Sometimes the lining of the small intestine get damaged and as a result of this the food wastes leak into the blood stream. This condition is known as leaky gut or intestinal permeability. Bloating, colic joints, diarrhoea, constipation etc are few initial symptoms of this leaky gut issue. Sometimes other symptoms like migraines, food allergies, eczema etc would also affect the person with leaky gut issue.

By eliminating the foods that cause leaky gut:
