Mobile App for the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Devotees

Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) produced an app for receiving complaints from the Devotees visiting Tirumala and for this app development the Devasthanam body outsourced the project to TCS (Tata Consultancy Services). The Application was programmed and ready for the interface dealing with the input complaints from the people visiting the temple and response for all those messages connecting all centers of Tirupati Tirumala temple’s administration.
 
Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) informed the Hyderabad High Court to the bench of Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan and Justice G. Shyam Prasad  about the launching of this special app and also informed about their developing partner TCS.
 
The App is designed in the way devotees can lodge complaints through their mobiles and in turn they receive the response messages about the process of action considered to rectify the complaint. Then after the complaint is solved the Devotees will receive enough proof and authentic confirmation from the temple authorities about the complaint being completely solved and corrected. It comprises of all complaints like Hotels collecting large amounts of bills for the food and TTD also released a toll free number and a Whatsapp number to receive complaints and enough media proofs from the devotees.
 
TTD has also announced the Hyderabad High Court about the regulations of license for Hotel Stall owners are going to be started soon and those who sell the food at high prices are to be license rejected.
