Meteorological Department: Prospects of Rain in interior Tamil Nadu

The Chennai Meteorological Department has informed that there are prospects of rain with thunders in the interior parts of Tamil Nadu.
As high humid air is blowing across from South and Southeast directions, the temperatures are kept reasonable as it should be in summer. The heat in the coastal districts of Tamil Nadu was normal due to this humid air flow.
As regards summer rains, there are prospects of rains with lightning and thunder in some interior parts of Tamil Nadu.
