All jewellery shop owners have decided to keep their shops closed for 3 days from tomorrow (Tuesday, 2nd March).
The jewellery shop owners have demanded that the additional Kalal Tax of 1 percent imposed on gold jewellery announced in the latest budget to be withdrawn and as a token of protest, decided to keep their shops closed.
This protest is carried out all over the country and Tamil Nadu also joins.
Over 35000 jewellery shops in Tamil Nadu state will remain closed for 3 days from tomorrow, 2nd March.
Tamil Nadu Jewellery Shop Owners Association President Mr. Jayanthilal has announced that over 10 lakh workers, working in these jewellery shops, will also strike work.
