The recent new low pressure zone, will intensify rain gradually in coastal districts of Tamil Nadu

Chennai Meteorological Centre has informed that the higher-layer convectional effect formed over the Southeast Bay of Bengal has now transformed into a low pressure zone. Because of this, there are bright prospects of heavy rains in all coastal districts of Tamil Nadu.
If the low pressure zone moves towards Sri Lanka, there are prospects of rains in coastal districts of Tamil Nadu on Sunday (29th) & Monday (30th November).
Chennai Meteorological Centre has announced that there may be rains in the next 24 hours only in a few places in Tamil Nadu and Pudhucherry.
