Special buses for Deepavali shopping

Deepavali is an important function celebrated not only by Hindus but by all the people. On the Deepavali day, people celebrate the festivals by wearing new dresses and bursting crackers. People will start buying new clothes before one month itself. Hence there will be congestion in the important places of Chennai.
Even people from outstations come to Chennai for Deepavali shopping to places like T Nagar, Purasawalkam and Broadway. For the convenience of the people Tamil Nadu Transportation Corporation has decided to run 200 special buses.
Tamil Nadu State Transportation Corporation has requested people to use these special buses while they go for Deepavali shopping.
