Financial assistance to the wards of workers by Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Board

Financial assistance to the wards of workers who are contributing for the Labour Welfare Fund, for pursuing studies will be provided by The Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Board.
The Board will provide financial assistance for the purchase of books for the students studying from class XI up to post-graduate degree; scholarship to the wards of the workers pursuing post-graduate, under-graduate and diploma education in engineering, medical, law, agriculture, B.Ed and M.Ed and physical education courses; scholarship to the wards pursuing ITI and higher education; educational incentive to the wards of the workers who secured top ten positions in SSLC and Plus Two public examinations in each educational district.
The applications for the above benefits must reach the Secretary, Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Board, Post Box. No. 718, Chennai-6 on or before October 31.
