Tamil Nadu Handicrafts Development Corporation (Poompuhar) exhibition

The “crafts & tex” exhibition organized by the Tamil Nadu Handicrafts Development Corporation (Poompuhar) is being held at Kalakshetra Foundation, Chennai.
Gagra choli, Rajasthan dress material, churidhars, tops and skirts, Lucknow chiken works, clothes with kalamkari work, designer saris, and synthetic silk saris have proved to be crowd-pullers. Pearls, corals, gem stones, precious and semi-precious stones, bangles and necklaces are the highlights in the jewellery section.
The exhibition concludes on March 8th.
It is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
