Ease your mobile banking facilities, says RBI

Reserve Bank of India has instructed all banks to ease all of their mobile banking procedures for its customers. RBI released guidelines for accessing mobile banking. According to this, all banks are told to ensure that their mobile banking facility is made easy for the customers’ usage. RBI also added that the facility has to be provided immediately to all users those who come up with requisition for the service.
