Mobile application for Haj Pilgrims

Various high-tech measures are taken for the 1,36,000 Haj Pilgrims from India. The Indian Consulate in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia has initiated multiple steps of the safety of these pilgrims. One among the notable measures is the Smartphone application developed exclusively to address issues of missing pilgrims. The mobile application is named “Indian Haji Accommodation Locator” and this is said to be compatible with Apple operating system as well as Android ones. This app can be downloaded for free from Google Play Store or Mac app store.
