Amma Insurance Scheme will be a medical insurance scheme

Following several schemes bearing the name ‘Amma’, the chief minister’s extensive insurance scheme is named as ‘Amma medical Insurance’.
The health department has ordered all hospitals providing the CM’s insurance scheme have been instructed to change the name as Amma medical insurance.
For the last 3 years, they had been functioning under a different name. The name changing activities are under full swing.
Apart from the change of name, there are no changes in the treatment procedures/processes.
