Industrial licences online soon - Chief Minister Jayalalithaa

Chief Minister Jayalalithaa told on Assembly that the Tamil Nadu government will soon launch an exclusive web portal for issuing and renewing industrial licences.
She said the portal, costing Rs. 2.24 crore, would be launched for the Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health. Licences of about 42000 industries could be renewed through it.
