Tamil Nadu likely to receive heavy showers today

Meteorologists say the chances of heavy rain with thunder are high on Friday (today) in places of Tamil Nadu and Pudhucherry. Places in Kerala and southern parts of Karnataka are also expected to have heavy showers today. In Chennai, the climate is said to remain cloudy throughout out the day and showers may be looked upon during hours in the evening and night.
