Training in Regenerative Medicine by CIHR Training Programme in Regenerative Medicine

The CIHR Training Programme in Regenerative Medicine (TPRM) affiliated to the University of Toronto, University of Ottawa, and McMaster University in Canada, is inviting scholars who wish to enrol themselves in the 7th batch of the training programme, which will begin this September, at NCRM, Chennai.
Enrolment is open till July 15 for students and scholars of PhD and faculty of biology, biotechnology, medicine, veterinary sciences, and dentistry.
Candidates, upon successful completion and obtaining adequate credits in the exams conducted, will receive a certificate from the TPRM. A series of lectures are set to be webcast from the University of Toronto campus, covering primary organ failures, sources of cells for probable treatment, steps to ensure safety and future prsopects in clinical application and further research. Regenerative medicine is an evolving branch of medicine, which provides solutions to incurable diseases using stem cells besides others.
